Ripples of Wellness

Ripples of Wellness

Ripples of Wellness is a free program designed to introduce participants to the wide variety of wellness resources in the Rochester Community and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Like the drop of rain that falls into a pool causing ever widening circles of ripples, our hope is that when you visit us you will begin to see the possibilities of wholeness --physical, emotional, spiritual-- that can surround the person awakened to the wellness model.

The topic for March is Foot Care with Joseph DiPrima, DPM.

This event is FREE and open to the public.  Please spread the word.

Samplings of our Genesee Valley's seasonal bounty will always be available.  Blood pressure screening as well as computer assistance will be among our staples.  RIPPLES OF WELLNESS is not a religious based program or ministry.  However, private spiritual guidance and prayer will be available from the ELCA pastor of Messiah Lutheran.

All are welcome to attend.

Messiah Lutheran Church is located at the corner of Mt. Read Blvd and English Rd. in the town of Greece.  Activities will take place on a designated Wednesday of each month at 10:00 AM downstairs in the Fellowship Hall.

For more information please call the church office at 865—1866 x2.
