The Lunch Bunch 

The Lunch Bunch (plant-based) will continue our monthly potluck meetings on this Tuesday, August 4th. This will be an in-person shared lunch, beginning at 12:00 pm in the Messiah Fellowship Hall.

Please bring your appetite, a plant-based dish to share, and your own table service and beverage. We recognize that some people may have food sensitivities and ask that each participant provide a list of all the ingredients in their food offering. Whatever your path to healthy nutrition may be, you are welcome to join us for food, fellowship and lively discussion — You don't have to follow a vegan diet to join us ... But you are encouraged to eat like one during the potluck meeting!
