OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD

Since 1993, over 209 million boys and girls in more than 170 countries and territories have experienced God’s love through the power of simple shoebox gifts from Operation Christmas Child. Samaritan’s Purse works with local churches and ministry partners to deliver the gifts and share the life-changing Good News of Jesus Christ. 

Every November we distribute boxes for families to pack shoeboxes with school and health supplies along with small toys. These get shipped to a collection center where the story of Jesus Christ is included in the boxes and shipped over the world. We also host a packing party where interested members pack shoeboxes, including personal encouragement for the receiving child.
